Hus - how can the PS3 version sell more than the Wii version, when the PS3 tier ratios are so low versus the Wii?

The Wii has sold about 3x the games, and also sold more than 2x the systems.

Any way, IMO it'll be X360>PS2>Wii>PS3>Everything else

I think in my official prediction(s) I had:

X360: 2,000,000
PS2: 1,500,000
Wii: 1,000,000
PS3: 600,000
Xbox, PSP, ect: 750,000 combined.

No it runs at 30fps as well.  This year's Madden for the 360 is the first one on any console to run at 60fps.

 Then why the Mdden 07 wii version fail to out sale the PS3 version ?

No online for the wii version. However, the new one will.

Also, those who wanted Madden 07 wii version couldn't get a wii to play it on. Unfortunately, that's still somewhat the case...

There is a bigger difference between Madden 07 wii and Madden 08 wii then there is between Madden 07 PS3 and Madden 08 PS3.

The wii and PS3 version are within 6% total sales right now. So I expect wii sales to easily be > PS3 sales for the Madden 08.

Not just that but they were launch titles for both systems so they started with the same install base of 0. This time the install base is heavily favoring the Wii.  Also to note, Madden 07 has been selling more per week on Wii than PS3 for a while now.   If it doesn't outsell the PS3 version at games release, it will certainly pass it soon after.

Although PS3 will likely beat wii in the first week of sales, I expect the wii version to have longer legs and outsell it by the end of the year.

That's good numbers for 360 & PS2, although PS3 isn't selling like crazy because of the 30fps against the 360's 60fps, it is still at tops although the numbers change.
