Konami makes Metal Gear so I have to go with them even though they've been putting out a lot of shovelware lately. They also have Suikodin, and I LOVED the old Silent Hill games before IV.

After them, I'd have to say Capcom.

Yeah, this is though for me, being a Megaman die-hard fan, and following Bionic Commando, Ghosts n Goblins, Strider, Street Fighter, Resident Evil, Breath of Fire, Devil May Cry, Monster Hunter, Almost all the Disney games, the Marvel games, the crossover games, Phoenix Wright, Dead Rising, Okami, JoJo, Onimusha, Lost Planet...
