What do you use to ground yourself so you don't accidently static shock your PC?

If I don't have a grounding strap, I try to keep one hand or part of arm touching the metal case of the power supply at all times.

Touch a metal panel (for example the computer's internal one) before touching any circuits or the RAM board. Don't wear any wool.

There are some fancy tools for grounding yourself, but I never used them and I had no problems so far.

So any metal would do? Even like a keychain or something?

I have one of those wrist strap things that clips to the case.

I wear nothing, I just stay in physical contact with the case... grounding straps are for wimps...

Just kidding :P

I don't think so, the point is to have the same voltage on you and on the components. By touching the computer's metal case (or the power supply as jlauro said) you're ensuring that there's no voltage difference.

I touch the PSU every now and then. I also use a can of anti-static spray (it's used for clothing when ironing or removing static cling but it works here too) on my clothes and carpet.

The rEVOLution is not being televised

Already stated; I just touch the case often to get rid of any static electricity.
