Where are you getting you lost gamerscore from?

Is it the site mygamercard.net or is it on your actual gamercard from your Xbox 360?

its my actuall card

Did you have to recover your gamertag for any reason?

Yea, try and recover you gamer card. Once that happens then you should receive all your points back, maybe there was a connection lost and the info (gamerpoints) were not received to Microsoft to record them.

Just sign out and click recover gamertag, and go through that screen again and it will update your card.

i did recover it

Okay your next option is to either call up Microsoft and explain the problem (which I doubt will solve anything) or your other option is to play the game again and get the points back.

Sorry to hear that bro, this was the first time I actually heard someone lose points, maybe you did something that wasn't right, cheats enabled or whatever.

I actually thought you were talking about the mygamercard.net gamercards that is presented in my sig.

Those usually don't updated the score to well, but your saying its your actual card on your 360.

Had you been earning achievements offline for a while? When you recover your profile, you're downloading the old information stored on Microsoft's servers.

What is your gamercard name anyway?
