I was always more of a Chris Redfield fan. Leon looks way too much like leonardo decaprio who bugs the hell out of me. But he gets props for being in quality games...just like leo gets props for quality movies.

I completely agree disolitude. The movie is absolutely amazing. At certain points I felt as if I was actually looking at real people. The CGI is gorgeous and it's never been better to see two characters from the series reunite. The plot is also great because it fits right into the story of the series. Hopefully when it finally *officially* comes out, we will have some threads to discuss it.

@thetruthhurts - The Dead Space prequel is deffinitly worth a watch.

Claire barely gets any screen time in comparison to Leon, and she is now a complete wimp, barely getting any action. Leon has almost zero personality, and takes up way too much screen time. Talking G-Virus monster? That was absolutely pathetic. The bit near the end with Leon carrying both the weight of Angela as well as the -huge- G-Curtis? No way in hell, then he even does it one handed while he shoots...that was just bad. It is also stupid how G-Curtis can have the reflexes to intercept a grenade round being fired at him, but not a knife that Leon throws. Then there is how Angela puts on a dress at the end and has her boobs frow to 3 times there size somhow.


This movie was one big praise Leon marathon, and didn't they even see the need to give him any character.

 

 Its not oscar material by any means but its an entertaining movie.

 

Claire is not a wuss and has plenty of screen time at the beginning. She really has no formal training to take on these situations, so i don't see why she should be.

Leon has more screen time towards the end, and some action scenes are far fetched...but they sure are entertaining. You don't ask where van damme learned to do karate kicks and splits in movies like time cop and sudden death right? Or how John Travolta and Nic Cage could swap faces and bodies in Face off. You jsut go with the flow...

 

As far as Angelas boobies at the end...that was a huge plus for the movie :)
