Those of you that know or care that I exist as a poster on VGC know that I was away for over a month recently.

I have come back to find people getting banned and warned, and in some cases getting away with calling one of VGC's best mods a fanboy.  I can't quite make out whether he is simply being accused of being anti-Sony or an Xbox 360 fanboy, but it ridiculous either way.  He has always been reasonable, and I can't count the number of times I have been warned for being overtly pro-Xbox 360 or anti-Sony in the distant past.  And while each and every one of these warnings was an error in Twesterm's judgement they at least demonstrate that he is clearly not the anti-Sony fiend he is being made out to be.

So my question is, what changed?  Why do people suddenly see him in a different light?  He is a logical poster, who explains his opinions and sources his facts.  This has often meant criticising Microsoft.  It also has meant criticising Sony.  Because let's face it, they are last for some serious and relevant reasons.

Besides, in creating the most amazing thread in VGC's history, Twesterm put himself above reproach.

Telling the truth hurts some people who don't wanna hear the truth. Tough love.

But why has it just started?

I guess a lot of venting adn truth-telling was penting up in him? I dunno.

Just started? People were already calling him a X360 fanboy when he made that Heavenly sword vid.

But not in any sort of serious manner. Not the sustained attack he seems to be getting now.

It's become almost like saying he is as biased as Stickball or ckmlb (was) or shams.

But even then they all have their preference but are reasonable about it. Something people dont seem to agree Twesterm is doing.

Well, I know he never plays his PS3 :P
