My guess is ... the premium's with HDMI have the Zephyr Motherboard (Elite). If I was a guessing man, the first 360's that would have the Falcon Motherboard (65nm) would be the Halo 360.

yeap.... liek someone said on an other website... they probably try to get over the stock of zephyr fast and switch all the SKU to falcon at the same time.... they would reduce production cost with just one version of the mobo and get over the problem faster that way
