In case you didn’t catch this early story on ESPN last Friday, MLB 09 The Show was officially announced today, ready to arrive this coming Spring on the PS3, PSP, and PS2. As the market leader in the baseball category, the team did not want to rest on their laurels and churn out a lackluster effort. For this year, the team is including a number of new features and visual detail to once again bring the best and most realistic sports gaming experience available.

yea i just found out earlier. in case anyone doesn't know about this game MLB 08 the show was quoted by ESPN "Most realistic baseball game ever", and since it only compeitior is 2K which on the other hand is literally crap. 2K won't affect playstation sales of the show. its made and published by sony so no port to .......

go on any website talking about the show and comparisons to 2K, even 360 fans agree that the show is better and 2K is crap

I was watching reviews on the run(in Canada) and they guy reviewing it said that MLB 08 is the best baseball game out there.

Why these games are not accepted in the "exclusives" arguments is beyond me. By far these games are the best in their genre.
