I don't know if i'm more disappointed that 3 of the 4 games are GTA or that the other game is The Simpsons O_o
I'm fairly certain diamond means 1 million sellers on according to elspa
Ooh, only casual games can sell that well in the U.K., interesting.
Diamond in the RIAA (music) means 10 mil, so it's not that, but what are silver, gold, plat and DP?
Silver has to be 250, gold 500 and plat 1 mil.
Maybe Diamond is 3 mil?
Makes no sense that only 10 games have sold 1 mil in the UK, and GT isn't one of them.
Okay.

A little bit of searching clears much up.
Silver - 100k
Gold - 200k
Plat - 300k
Double Plat - 600k
Diamond 1000k
So the list and Manuelf is right, and I and a few other are wrong. Sorry.

Silver: 100k
Gold: 200k
Platinum: 300k
Double Platinum: 600k
Diamond: 1kk
Diamond and platinum and whatever are different depending on the territory. You can't hold UK to the same standards as the US, because the population is bigger. I have no idea how the UK numbers work.
