Nope, but both sets of music were made by Yuzo Koshiro, which is why they both totally kick ass.

The best overall soundtrack I would say is from Castlevania III or Castlevania: Symphony of the Night.  Can't decide which.  I would say the original Castlevania, but there aren't so many pieces (they all are excellent though, of course).

Zelda a link to the past and Final Fantasy VII are the best IMO
