Forums - Sony - Does anyone know why there are no FFXII characters in Dissidia?

I just watched the cgi intro on GT and I don't see any FFXI or XII characters in the mix. Are they locked or something?

They're locked. Gabranth and someone from FFXI are both unlockable.

I was hoping Basch would make the cut. So none of the main cast made it?

Not to my knowledge, but I do not own the game and have not otherwise been following it so it is still possible. Someone around here does own it...

I watched the opening scene too! In fact I watched 10 times! There are really nice parts like the end and the djidane + tidus "combo"

I'm hoping for a ps2 port as I don't have a psp myself because the cgi intro was epic lol. Thanks for your input Khuutra, I'll search on the internet which I should've done in the first place

Meh, don't think we'll see one.

I wanna get a PSP anyway - not for Dissidia though... I want SNES and PS1 games on the go.

Yeah, Gabranth is in it. I hope it's good, though I do have to wait quite a long time until I can get my hands on it in Europe
