In the games database, VGChartz differentiates between Wii, Wiiware and VC games

How come DSware games just get labelled as DS games?

Prolly because no1 cares and the difference between a DSware and a DS game isn't as great as between a Wii and a VC\WiiWare game

@ Uncle Fister: That was harsh... Personally, I think scottie asked a very good question, and it deserves a better answer than "no one cares and the difference is not a significant one"... And furthermore, I see no smart answer to this question, because it's 2 different media formats, and believe that, as such, the DSWare should be given it's dues.

Contacted a Game Database admin, so I spose it's up to them now

He is the DBAdmin who is responsible for such decisions.

I'll talk to pat and have him add one for DS ware. I think the reason we never made that section of the DB, is because it isn't released in the US/Europe, so we haven't been paying much attention to it.

Have any DSWare games been released yet?

The first lot release in Japan on the 24th of December, they're on the 'upcoming releases' section of the main page
