how the hell did IGN figure out it is some wii game? what i saw from the video, it looks like something weird, reminded me of sadness somehow.

Saw points in the right hand corner... and some weird arcade like gameplay...

with a bunch of stuff flying from the bottom left of the screen to the top... almost how the stuff in that Audiotorium game does.

No clue what any of that would have to do with a wii game...

Probably because they receive a e-mail from a company saying that it's a wii exclusive game and asking them to take part on this campaign. Check the article.
