Well yes, actually.  They sold the same number last year, and supply is supposed to be much better this year.  I thought it would be higher by 50-100k.  But like I said, maybe some of those huge numbers from November/Black Friday ate up some of that extra already?

Wii is pushing weight like a crack dealer from the 80's...how the heck can it sell more in NA than 360 WW...and nearly as much WW as 360+ps3+psp?

actually, if the mantra that dec sales are double Nov's then I was thinking that the Wii would actually sold more this week.... Like 1 million in NA... But it wont double Nov because of supply issues. So I think the goal should be 3 million in Dec NDP.

Wii- 72 million   3rd Year Peak, better slate of releases

360- 37 million   Should trend down slightly after 3rd year peak

PS3- 29 million  Sales should pick up next year, 3rd year peak and price cut

 it is really about as bad as last year. On sunday my BB had about 70 wiis, and people were lined up outside to get them. In fact many people who were there BEFORE the store opened did not get Wiis....

Saw a Wii at my local Wal-Mart for the first time in awhile...Had multiple in stock. Maybe the demand issue isn't as constrained as some think? (not saying that it's not selling - just that it's not constrained as some argue).

Also, I *do* think that it's a pretty...Meh...Week for the Wii @ 750k. Why? It had well over a 100% increase vs. last November, but hasn't quite posted the same increases in NA this December.

Of course, VGC could just be off by a ton too. But if true...It's great for Nintendo, but not as great as November was/is.
