Namco is the big winner. As for the years, 2007 was by far the best for third party games.

We can add Taiko no Tatsujin to this list, but theres still time for it to sell.

Great! Thanks for the list. It seems like Namco is having good sales. They should be pleased.

I just felt like bragging a bit so I revived this thread =)
This week Taiko Drum Master Wii passed 500k according to Famitsu and will overtake Dragon Quest Swords as the biggest thridparty seller for Wii in Japan!
I was first to call it!

I wonder how high it will go? It´s a bigger seller than Yakuza 3 and Resident Evil 5 for example.

It has sold a lot, but for some strange reason, it seems like it had no endearing impact on anything, like it sold 500k in a dark corner somewhere.

Leatherhat on July 6th, 2012 3pm. Vita sales:"3 mil for COD 2 mil for AC. Maybe more. "  thehusbo on July 6th, 2012 5pm. Vita sales:"5 mil for COD 2.2 mil for AC."

Good call.

Taiko Drum Master... I wish they would bring it to America, and keep all the songs.
Who wouldn't wanna play all night against the Lucky Star theme song?

Anyway, this isn't a big surprise, the game is huuuuuge in Japan.
