PC is an open platform and it frustrates me not to be able to play everything it could run on it.

My choices (not gonna happen I know):

Mario Galaxy (would be great in HD)

I don't miss Fable 2 that much since there are more than enough PC RPGs for my taste. But I liked Fable TLC and I'm confident that Fable 2 will reach PC sooner or later.

none really... I like console games to remain there, and PC games to remain where they are at.

Games from either side don't usually translate well to the other in my opinion.

Wishful thinking is nice, but you may be asking too much if you want a Nintendo game to come to PC. You should gear your hopes towards something that is possible.
