Square Enix announced today that the promised PC version of its new role-playing series The Last Remnant will hit North America and Europe in spring 2009.

The PC release will pack new features over the Xbox 360 version, which arrived on November 20. However, details on those new aspects were not provided.

The Last Remnant is also slated to hit PlayStation 3 at some point in the future.

Good to see Square Enix giving more PC support for their under par RPGs.

This probably will be best version of TLR as at least we will be able to play it without framedrops

the graphics are great but the voice acting is horrible

Well the original post was from December of last year, so...yeah it's out everywhere now I think.

Pity the demo barely runs on my PC..

I must admit i had high hopes for this game, but since playing it on the 360 the game is just bad, it isn't awful, but it is a far cry from the types of RPG's SE used to be famous for!

Here's hoping that they get their act together!

looks like they delivered, the PC version is far superior to the Xbox 360 version.
