Forums - Sales - So just how big is Final Fantasy Dissidia going to be?

I am already thinking a long time about this question, but what kind of influence does FF Dissidia going to have on the PSP? Just as big as Monster Hunter or even bigger? I thought I should compare it with Crisis Core, but the Dissidia audience is probably even bigger and Dissidia is the ultimate handheld game. It has everything a FF fan could wish for (even an online modus). So what are you expectations for the hardware and software sales?

Around the Network

Huge!

Monstrously Ginamic!!

Edit: But seriously it'll do pretty good for a PSP game (maybe Edit: 200K first week)

Meh not even noticeable.

Only 100k???? Crisis Core was even a lot bigger...

I'm just trying not to set my standards to high, I've done that to many times and I've always been wrong.

So I really hope it does well and I'm sure it'll do more then Edit: 200K but I don't know how much more, I'm doughtful that it'll beat Crisis Core.

But I'll be glad if I'm wrong though.

I think it will make 200k or so first week, it will be a good seller. I expect more than crisis core.

Now Playing: The Witcher (PC)

Consoles Owned: NES, SNES, N64, PS1, PS2, Wii, Xbox 360, Game Boy, DS

I really think that Tales of Hearts is going to sell a lot more... both released same week.

Measure it by a more recent release, (the Gundam game), it should achieve at least as good as that.

@Gilgamesh: This game is a must-have for every FF7 fan and every other FF fan and also let us not forget, there are at least 4 million more PSP consoles sold then with the release of Crisis Core ^^

@Fernando: It's Final Fantasy... I'm sure it will destroy the Tales sales. :D

And for everyone who is interested, Dissidia was the only PSP game that appeared in Famitsu Most Wanted two weeks back ^^
