The "this is a cutscene!" argument is pretty weak. This was all in-engine, which means it is rendered with the same thing we'll see rendering gameplay later. As such, this is a good indicator of what we'll be seeing down the line...

Gears 2 is going to win GOTY im calling it right now, and not because it deserves it.
There is a big different between a cutscene, and in game. There has been some games with great cutscenes, and horrid gameplay. And Vice versa
Uncharted 2 looks great. No gameplay is a bummer, but it's not like it will be that different.

It was in-engine. Which is what he said it would be. Uncharted uses in-engine for the cutscenes.
The game looked fuck awesome.
