I thought they said they would show some gameplay by the end of the year

I thought Gameplay day was today! For some reason Dec. 12th and FFXIII/VXIII has been etched in my mind for a couple weeks.

S-E always letting me down lately.

I am amazed by how much (absolutely gorgeous) CGI Square can use in order to tell us absolutely nothing we didn't already know.

Why are we still not getting any gameplay footage?

The Versus trailer is pretty darn awesome, you wont be let done by both trailers, rest assured.

I was let down.

I haven't looked at them yet, but now I really don't want to look at all.

I heard we were getting "IN GAME" footage, you know, like gameplay.

Instead they give us more CGI.

I'm probably not going to even bother.

Or maybe I might...

Here, look:

Combined they are roughly nine minutes of CGI taken from what is assumedly various points throughout the beginning of the games. They show lots of high-flying action and long, meaningful stares.

If that rocks your socks, by all mean watch them, but we still have no idea how these damn games play any differently.

have fun waiting, once 2009 arrives ff13 should be out, time since ff13 debuted at E3 until 2009 3 years, add another 3 more years for versus 2012-2013.

anyway the game should be cool. but the wait is gonna be for a while.
