2009 promisies to be one of the best for PS3, and i know that was said this year. Which was true but lately Xbox and Wii have dominated. So..

Gran Turismo will probably sell like crazy as it always does, so no worries there

God Of War III will also sell very well, because the previous games have sold well

Uncharted 2 has also now made a name for itself, so hopefully it will sell well. The stealth action might kill it though

Infamous looks interesting, i dont know if it will pick up a fan base though

The biggest question for me is about Killzone2. IGN says it is graphically one of the best games to hit the market and the multiplayer is already a hit with the Beta as is story mode. But will Sony advertise enough to oversome the hangover from the first Killzone?

I know there are others but these are the ones that come to mind. Thoughts on PS3 exclusives?

Uncharted 2 will flop just like uncharted1 (and dont give me this "legs" crap you are saying the same thing for every sony published game and sony didn't dare to give numbers for LBP and motorstorm 2).
The only sony game that won't underperform in 2009 is KZ2. I expect gt5 in 2010 and i am almost certain that GOW3 will underperform . Of course games like heavy rain and infamous are 100% bound to bomb .

I have a bad feeling about all of Sony's games when it comes to sales and marketing. Next year I think the worst off game is InFamous because of it being a new IP.

Killzone was huge in Europe selling about 1.5M according to Sony. I think Killzone 2 will do even better because the game is a better product than K1, and the biggest selling factor for K1 (massive localisation) is only going to expand with K2. Plus I have a good feeling thqt Killzone 2 will easly pull the masses playing COD to its battlefield.

Uncharted 2 should sell at least as well as the first game. I would have to question any person that bought the first one, and is not going to buy the second.

I don't trust Sony enough to believe any other games announced so far will actually come out in 09.

I think that GoWIII will sell great, Uncharted 1 didnt flop and motorstorm has sold a million games. I will give you that LBP underperformed despite being a very good game

I'd expect Infamous to underperform before I would expect it of Killzone 2. But it's hardly a given that any of them will flop.

I think it will be Infamous, Sony has spend too much money on Killzone 2 for it to flop.

GT5 is THE only game that can sell itself by name and that too huge numbers. Uncharted 2, GOW 3, MAG, Heavy Rain, Infamous and Killzone 2 will flop if Sony dont advertise.

Gotta say this though, IF.....if.....WHEN the PS3 gets a price drop of $100 before Killzone 2 releases it is going to boost sales by a huge amount. $100 makes it so so much easier to pick up a PS3, these games are going to sell very nicely if PS3 drops in price so Sony can make money from software.
