For me it only works with Internet explorer though (possibly FF too, haven't checked), so if it doesn't work, try another browser.
If you don't feel like downloading the things and doing the test (you should), this is what you need (minimum)
Intel Core 2 Duo 1.8GHz, AMD Athlon X2 64 2.4GHz
minimum Speed: 1.8 GHz
So I don't think so, but I don't have a clue about this kind of things.

It'll run but not that well, is my guess. The rest of your hardware specs are equally important though, modern games tax the GPU and RAM a whole lot more than they used to (compared to CPU workload). To smooth the performance you could overclock your CPU though, the Intel chips are perfect for it, you could probably clock it up to 2 GHz with the stock cooling without too much trouble.
