Go to the top of the forum. Click on "Japan", then "Totals". In 10 seconds you can find out the lifetime sales totals for any game, on any platform, dating back for almost 20 years. Come on, people!

One step at a time, brother. First you have to take a long, hard look at the market, gauge where the opening is, and then see if it's worth penetrating. If developers blow their load all at once, the market probably won't be satisfied, and you can consider the possibility of further games to be completely screwed.

Considering the number of PS3s in Japan, most of those games did quite well.
