DS- 40.28 million shipped

But it sold 46 million worldwide....why is that?

this isnt a PS3 scandal...I'm just curious about this part of the DS shipments..

Takashi, that page is tabulated on a 6 month basis, not quarterly. It will always appear outdated between the quarterly reports.

There is an explanation at the bottom of that page already.
