currently it has a 97 on metacritic, that makes it the top PS2 game ever released, add to that 1UP gave it a perfect 100, what other game have they given that rating??

Dude why nobody listen to me. I told you it will be the GOTY! Sadly the gamer community doesn't give a crap anymore and prefer to play mediocre JRPG's tsss.

GOTY probably not. Best on the PS2, I would say so. God of war 2 was supposed to be the swan song, but Persona seems like its taking the crown. The real question is with the Persona series being so good, what the hell is up with Atlas and the other crappy titles

No Persona 4 will not be a potential GOTY overall (or even nominee to be honest), and also, your case doesn't gain credibility for citing metacritic (seeing as how most will only recognise 1UP and they aren't exactly impartial as a website).

Still, by the looks of things, it seems like the PS2 ain't quite dead yet (which is good).

Well it was at 96 at 8 reviews, now its at 97 with 10 reviews!

Who are you?  Anyway it will be released in Europe in 09. Anyway I was talking about all those so called JPRG fans who are wasting whole day their time with calling reviewers biased because they don't they give JRPG's high scores like they wished well here is one and it will be released tomorow in the USA. Will they get it no they won't X_X.  they prefer to spend more time with calling the reviewers biased ugh those annoying stuborn wannabe JRPG fans.

@ Leo-J It will not be the best PS2 game the game will get a lot of 8.5-9 scores from others. Persona 4 is not really easy for newcomers in the genre + it has not FF grahics.
