I'm a hardcore casual gamer. I make sure to keep my Brain Age, my Fitness Age (from Wii Sports), and my Wii Fit Age all at 20 every morning, then I take my Nintendogs for a walk while I ride the bus to school, and then I Imagine Babies during my lunchbreak and after work I play some Wii Play with my wife, cool off by playing Pop! on the Chill Mode, and then I put Electroplankton on Audience Mode to go to sleep. And if anybody wants to call me casual I'll sick my maxed out legendary Pokemanz on you.
But seriously, as a proud member and spokesperson for the NDF, I refuse to call myself casual or hardcore ever. But I must admit, when people call themselves casual, I giggle and think it's cute, and when they call themselves hardcore I think they're 13 and have something to prove, like they have daddy issues or something else really embarrassing. I think Grampy's hardcore tiddlywinks sums it up nicely. Real "hardcore" gamers are guys like Fatal1ty, and I think we're all in agreement that he's the biggest dooshbag around.
(@scottie, "Extended Audience" is a bad idea, because people can call you "EA Gamers" for short, and that's just disgusting.)
