Actually, it's referring to the fact that many PS3 fanboys, 3 years ago(or even 5 months ago) would have sworn that none of those games COULD never, ever, come to the Xbox 360, and indeed such an outcome was not only improbable, but impossible. In fact, they would have told you that Final Fantasy XIII couldn't be done on the 360 because of Blu-Ray. Then, inevitably, those games were available on the 360, in some cases with superior dlc, and technical proficiencies. Thus, despite how much denial is given about the possibility of MGS4 coming to the 360, the hard fact is that indeed the game could at any time be ported to the Xbox 360, and that Sony fan's denials and assumptions mean little to nothing in the face of said fact.
If anyone claims that MGS4 "can't be done" on the Xbox 360, you need to stop drinking the coolaid. That alligation is literally laughable. The difference amounts to a space problem which has many, many remedies on the modern consoles, and nothing whatsoever more. Denial of this isn't just an invalid opinion, it's flat out and provably wrong, as it has been proven wrong time and time again in the past.
So yeah, it means something. Just nothing you care to admit.

i agree with you in the part were ps3 fanboys said that those games would never come to the 360, but the fact that final fantasy and tekken are coming to the 360 doesnt mean that mgs will.
and i never said that mgs cant be done on 360
