Do you people really think a Sony representative would outright lie about this? He could be sued if he did. Of course he isn't!

This site has 360 1 million ahead of PS3 in others. That's now obviously completely wrong.

..You do realize that Others includes countries like Korea, Taiwan, New Zealand and Austrailia....All 4 countries have the X360 well ahead of the PS3.

That could cause some discrepancies. Check your facts before you post, or your going to get banned in about 5 more posts.

This. Sony is the master of spin, as someone else mentioned. Although I thought this beating made them stop; seem I was wrong.

..You do realize that Reeves are talking about PAL countries, which at least NZ and Australia are part of. Sales numbers in Korea and Taiwan are so small anyway and certainly not 1 million more than PS3 which it would've had to sold for this site's numbers to be true.

Reality is, Vgchartz' numbers exploded in their face today.

No he was talking about shipped, vgc on the other hand is tracking sold 2 consumers plz don't start blaming vgc if your favourite consoles doesn't sell as you think it should

It's PR spin, its his job. He can lie through his teeth. This isn't a shareholder report. That requires truthfulness. When MS made it's claim, they didn't use "internal" numbers. They sited Gfk/Chart Track. Which, just in case you didn't know, is an idependent tracking firm that Sony, MS, and Nintendo uses in the region.
