How come some permabans are overturned then? Leo-j got perma banned many times didnt he?

@BHR-3: There was some sort of glitch a while ago and all the bans got undone. Rather than going and banning everyone again, ioi simply decided to give everyone a second chance.

I know I lost on one day 2 times 2000 VG$.

I can't tell why they did that I only remember the warning....If you don't ***** I'll take some of your VG$.
