Why does E.A not make a custom controller for sports games, much like the dream cast controller on which you could keep displays of plays called and like things to yourself. this seems like the type of thing maden fans would eat up on every console and the could over price it and it would still sell like hot cakes.

You know what'd achieve the same purpose, and make more sense than a software company releasing hardware?

Wii to DS connectivity
PS3 to PSP connectivity
360 to... uh. Zune connectivity

true that could work, but ea normally puts out some crappy nfl controller around that time why not make something usefull.....

Wow you want another peripheral to add to the bunch that we are already inundated with? This generation of consoles other than introducing HD to consoles should also be the peripheral generation. So many peripherals out and its only 2-3 years in so far.

EA could make this...however they need you to propose it to them. EA is very open to new concepts actually... they are one of the few gaming companies that let advertising inside their games.

Anyone wants a their company banner or logo to appear in the new Need 4 Speed game? I can make it happen :)

sorry i just remembered how cool it was back then to do that... also what extra peripherals ..... i mean besides the remote for movies... and the headset for live.....  and maybe the flight stick for ace combat that made the game harder...heh

Or going back further than that, the so-called, "speech recognizer" of the Mattel Intellivision, 3D glasses for the Sega Master System, or even the fact that Scene It! comes with it's own set of 4 controllers to just use for that game.
