I think the graphics card is a little outdated. Still, I have a 7300 and I can run all games so far, so maybe yours can too, just don't expect it to run on high settings. Other than that, the PC is more than fine

yeah need new video card, eveything else is nice, I use a ati 4850

I find stuff like this so confusing it is incredible.

I for instance, have Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T5750 @ 2.00GHz but it somehow runs (is rated) at 3.89 GHz, which makes no sense to me.

What makes no sense? 2 cores at 2GHz each add up to 4GHz, substract a bit because the 2GHz is ideal and you've got your 3.89 GHz
