I played the demo and found it fun at the beginning, but it became very very repeatitive, even online. I know there's some other zombies and levels in the complete game but the first levels were very short imho. Not worth the purchase in conclusion.

The demo felt short because the demo is short.  After where you stop in the demo you still have some more outside, sewers, more outside, a very long hospital area (that is incredible), and then the finale.

The demo was easy but the actual game is much harder and the area between safe spots gets much longer.

News just in: Forum member creates thread, writes his OP about a game he's never played ever. States there is only 5 levels MLOL, and makes himself look very very silly.

Don't worry sir, the way things are now, i assure i'll never buy left 4 dead.

If they release a version to my console, though, i will buy it day one :)

Slow your roll , how could I have not played it if I own it? Yea, there are four "campaigns" with 5 levels, but those levels don't last too long. I don't know, maybe Timesplitters altered my sense of level length, but they seemed pretty short to me.

Hence why all those "campaigns" were beaten in two days.

Any game is beatable in 2 days sir. I beat BioShock in one actually. Beat Fallout 3 in 2sh and some change of hours.

Left 4 Dead is pure class, i have only played no mercy and death toll online and i still keep giong back to no mercy offline to try and get those all important achievements (sneak past a bloody witch ect)

All in all so far for me Left 4 Dead is one of the best games i've played this year.

I aint even tried the other online modes like humans v zombies yet either, Can't wait till next week when i'm off work to try it out.

20 levels all are somewhat free roaming,and its fun online,trust me people,i actually bought xbox live to play online.

This is like complaining about Counter Strike being too short.

You can always tell when a single player gamer buys a multi player game.

Next up: Savior buys "Chessmaster," complains that the game only comes with 1 map which he beat on normal mode in 30 minutes.

but we need to support games like this.
