What happens to sony France?

I thought France was a ps3 country against the xbox 360.

Maybe not after all actually.

Hey guys, where are you. It's a true PS3 price cut this time.

I'm there! Well it's a good deal, but is it also available in the rest of europe, or it is a french exclusive? (Faut croire que sarkozy est super puissant après tout lol)

French exclusive, certainly, because we have the same thing with the 360, and it's reduction of 40 euro.

Before that, we had 360 premium: 200 euro, PS3: 400 euro.

So, now it's 360 premium : 200 euro, PS3: 350 euro.

The 360 is always cheaper, but it's not exactly the same story now.

France is the most important country, next the japan, where the ps3 is better than the 360, so they don't want to lose the battle apparently, because, during the last weeks, the 360 was more strong than the ps3.

Let's hope this gives a nice boost to the PS3 sales.

Not a good way to cut prices.
First, you still have to put down the 399 euros when you buy the hardware. So it still hurts the purse.
Second, it really is bothersome to have to send back a letter to have the reimbursement and many people will simply ignore this 'price cut' just for that.

Et un truc aussi foireux, c'est clair, c'est forcement Sarkozy.

it's a €50 rebate....

there is also a €40 rebate on the Xbox since gears 2 came out ^^ (making the arcade at €139 with sonic tenis)

I guess sony kind of didn't have a choice since it made the 360 1/3rd of the price.

c'est surtout qu'en europe y'a UK et France qui font 50% à eux deux.... et UK c'est déjà pris comme territoir.
