I remember being banned for WoW once for 'Racism'.

I never made any racist remarks while playing so I was totally baffeled.

I complained to the support staff, and after a review of my account they agreed I had been incorrectly banned.

Then then undbanned me and proceeded to ban one of my friends for 24 hours. (Who had in actual fact made what could be vaugely described as a 'racist remark' about chinese gold sellers.)

You might have a keylogger on your computer. Do a full virus scan and an Ad-Aware scan.

Sorry to hear that, even though it seems you didn't invest into it as much as others so you should be happy. My Warcraft III CD Key was banned and I did absolutely nothing wrong, 1 month is almost up from when I first noticed the ban and once that happens I'm gonna try to get it unlocked. The ban seems to have happened during that 450k ban thing they did earlier.
