It's been confirmed on neogaf by a SCEE employee.

Albeit a rather low level employee, but he hasn't BS'ed us before.

oh c'mon Max....I'm trustworthy.....my name's a different color and everything. Besides finding it would be too much trouble.

So it's looking like some truth to it MM? Maybe I'll read it again then....I didn't really give it a chance the first time it was posted because of it's rumor status.

@torillian:

Yeah, it's looking like it's probably true. It was confirmed on the EU PlayStation forums that there was indeed an SCEE meeting:

http://community.eu.playstation.com/playstationeu/board/message?board.id=b_EN_PS3_Home&message.id=13771#M13771

I'm very sorry everyone, but it looks like our email system has failed us.

Combine that with the SCEE annual company conference (which is where we've all been until now) and that means no invites today

And then -kh-, an SCEE employee that posts on neogaf (though he's pretty low level, a dedicated game tester), posted this:

http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showpost.php?p=13726944&postcount=188

And I didn't go to this meeting this week, I think it was thursday or friday? Since I had free those days I couldn't be bothered and stayed playing IU at home.

But yeah, Reeves talked about all that stuff. We should be getting an internal email next week, which in turn should become a PR in the following days.
