Simple question, simple answer ^^ You can mention third party and only third party! You have to juge on games developped on PS3/360/wii, no handheld allowed! To me, it's not capcom (even if they started well), not SE, not konami, ... So I'd go with SEGA, and it's a big surprise!

For me :
1.-Square Enix (FF&DQ franchises are the most important third party franchises on Japan)
2.-Konami.
3.-Capcom.

If it's third party developed as opposed to published then don't you need to break each candidate down into it's development teams? Sega has barely developed a thing this gen. A lot of their stuff is merely published.

My answer is Criterion, followed by Epic and Number None Inc.

I'd have to agree, SEGA. Probably Marvelous coming right behind it and Namco Bandai also close.

Worst ones so far: SE, Konami and Capcom.

Since we're not allowing handhelds, then Capcom. RE4: Wii Edition, Dead Rising, RE5, and Zack and Wiki all deserve major props.

Now, if we were including handhelds, then I'd say... Capcom XD. Phoenix Wright ftw.

well he said consoles only, and SE on this gen consoles doesn't have much worth talking about yet.  On handhelds there is tons of good stuff though.
