Yes, that's correct. Making fun of the Wii, along with the 360, PS3, DS, and PSP is considering trolling, and will result in a ban. There are several other ways to get banned and they are listed in the forum rules. It's not a very difficult thing to accomplish, but I wouldn't recommend it and you certainly shouldn't want it.
