Forums - Website Topics - thoughts on frontpage?

I am not a fan of the way the website now looks, the frontpage looks wayyyy too cluttered, i dont particularily like the colours in use and the little percentage boxes next to total units sold looks just not right, anyone agree with me on this?

I do regarding the color scheme, but it seems we are a vocal minority here...

I agree with your mother

Actually, come to think of it, ioi could easily come up with additional CSS files that closely match the primary color schemes of the three consoles (and bring back the gray for the "neutral" members).

However, upon choosing the color scheme, that would be reflected on the member's avatar area (just a 2px-thick border surrounding the avatar or a background color assigned to the member's nickname). Then we can also see each member's "true colors".

I think that would be a pretty cool feature. Oh well, it doesn't cost me anything to dream...

I realize it doesn't include software yet, but I think the others region weekly hardware should be on the front page. It probably doesn't get nearly enough people checking it out since they have to go searching for it.

I'm a mod, come to me if there's mod'n to do.

Chrizum is the best thing to happen to the internet, Period.

Serves me right for challenging his sales predictions!

Bet with dsisister44: Red Steel 2 will sell 1 million within it's first 365 days of sales.

I like it. It's very "2007".

yes agreed on that, dont understand why it wasnt there in the first place, and those percentage boxes give the site a very amauterish look imo
