I wish Xenosaga goes to PS3 but it wont seening as Evil Nintendo(only joking they're great really) bought out Monolith Studios the makers of Xenosaga unless S-E makes another Xenogears.

From going to an exclusive on a sony system, to being exclusive on a nintendo system I extreemly doubt it will happen, and you will get a ps3 just for that game Its coming on the ps3 for sure sony aint dumb. There's a reason why its greathist hits.

I completely agree with yours, other than the point that Pokemon is action/adventure at all.  It's pure RPG.  I also added Golden Sun to the end of the Wii list, as Camelot claims they are making a Wii JRPG and that's pretty much the only game franchise they make lol.  Nice job on the list though Mitsuhide :)

Xenosaga is a finished franchise. It was a trilogy and it's done. It's not going to PS3 or Wii. The new MS game will be something brand new I hope.

Also, there is that Sega RPG that was already announced for PS3. Valkyrie something...

Edit: What's the point in trying to predict where future game sequels will go? Just wait for TGS, a lot of stuff will be revealed there.

True, between TGS and Nintendo's Japan event we should see most sequels to RPGs for the next year and a half or so.

Guys blame me for this thread not Soriku. I just told him it would be better to just make one thread instead of continuosly making threads for each individual JRPG series.

Also this thread seems to be only concerned with existing series. The 360's JRPGs are all new series. Blue Dragon, Lost Odyssey, Cry-On, Infinite Undiscovery, Eternal Sonata, Enchanted Arms, etc. are all brand new game series. There have been no prior gen RPG series announcements for 360. The funny thing is when it comes to next gen Japanese RPGs the 360 has the most coming for the foreseeable future.

Boycotting the following:

1. Yoshi: He ate my car and spit out a toaster.

2. Igglybuff: Totally false advertisement. You can have as many as you like they don't buff nothing.

3. the Terms Hardcore/Softcore... We're talking Video Games. Not Porn.

4. The term Casual as relates to Gamers: We make them sound like outsider's that happen to play games.  If that were the case they'd own a PS3.

5. Donuts.... Beacause I drink Beer...... and the biggest fan of Donuts hates Beer.

6. Boycotts: Their so lame.
