So I could be wrong, but I'm going to outright assume that most of the PC gamers here have similar games. So I was wondering if we could just get together, myabe once a week or two, and get a game going. We could settle on a game a week before we play it, in preparation. Any support or anything of that sort? For our first game, if people support it enough, I'd probably suggest TF2 or L4D (seems enough people already have it as it is), though we could definetly suggest something else as well.

well, I m here since quite some months (years ?)
but I m not really in the next gen console right now (I have no PS360wii)
BUT
I have upgraded my PC (a little) and I m looking for some online gaming too

I dont plan to buy TF2
BUT
I m waiting for my copy of L4D

So I m rdy.

Time to Work !

It's a great idea....though my personal PC gaming interest revolves around WOTLK. I was going to pick up L4D on PC, but have more friends who frequent Live right now so I opted for the 360 version. I am the most excited for Star Craft 2.....but who knows when we will get that gem. I will keep you posted.

Doesn't have to be one of the newer games. We could just do AoE II, or Half-Life deathmatch or CS 1.6 or whatever.

That is what I was going to suggest, at least to start. You are more likely to start somethin if you can revive our interests in old rts and fps games like starcraft, aoe II, quake, UT, etc.

How about AoE II?

SteamID: SamuelRSmith

I have All of Valve's games since HL, one must (for the meanwhile) exclude L4D, though.

I'm in for aoe II. What is the easiest way to get it nowadays? does gog.com or steam have it. Unfortunately, gametap does not have it.

If it is AoE II, I'm in. my tag is halogamer1989 on Steam.
