No, you can play with up to 4 total players online as well.

I'm just more interested in system link because
A) I don't own a 360, so I won't be doing any online play by myself, and
B) 4 player co-op is great for LAN parties...4 player online is great for when you're by yourself, or perhaps 2 players with 2 online partners...

This is AWESOME news.

You can do up to 2 players per console and then go co-op over system link or on Live.

The need for a 360 increases .....
