In Australia? Which city are you from? can you get adsl 2+ where you live?
Sorry, but without units, those numbers don't mean anything. So it's hard to tell if your connexion is alright or not.

Its sufficient for online play, FPS should be aight too, slightly hairy maybe.. your ping times are more important... 200ms< is ideal, 300 is barely OK

5 THINGS I'd like to see before i knock out:
a. a AAA 3D sonic title
b. a nintendo developed game that has a "M rating"
c. redesgined PS controller
d. SEGA back in the console business
e. M$ out of the OS business
those number's aren't great. but they'll do everything you want just fine. don't expect any whiplash download speeds though, and don't try and host any online games lol.

I think my internet is 1.3mpbs download (about 160kb's downloading) and 550kbps upload and I don't have any problems with playing online everything runs perfect
