I haven't played MOH:H2 (but I might now), but I can confirm CoD's awesomeness! I hadn't played a WWII game before, so to me this concept was fresh :P, even though tons of people say WWII is boring now. If you want a real FPS experience for Wii, definitely get this game. It's probably better than MOH:H2, and besides, why play an older game when you can get a new one!?

Because you can get old games for cheap.  I just got an Xbox360 and picked up the Xbox classic Crimson Skies for $4 from a Pawn Shop.  Believe it or not, it was brand new--it had never been opened.

I like the positive reception the Wii CoD is getting.  Hopefully it's sales will be just as good.  The Wii needs it, and 3rd party devs need to know there's an audience here.

What I'm shocked at is the lack of reviews all around for what seem to be decent Wii Games.

Shaun White - 3 reviews, getting 83ish (X360 and PS3 have over 10 each)
CoD:WaW - 3 reviews, getting 86ish (ps3 has 16 reviews)
Skate It - Released today, no reviews
NFS:Undercover - 0 reviews, X360 has 4

you would think for the huge size of the Wii fanbase, at least a few more review sites would rush to get something up just cause no one else is. Whoever starts doing lots of Wii reviews would get tons of hits since there is no where else to go until days after these games release.

Game Informer started a fad a while back. It's called "Ignore the Wii."

GI started that -- despite its own published information showing that more Wii owners read the magazine than PS3 owners.

Bascially, the gaming press has written off the Wii. I am not sure if the E3 presentation was the reason or the reason for the E3 presentation was the gaming press (and Nintendo deciding it wanted to talk to the general press which is much more positive about its console).

I like to jump around, and would lead a fairly serene and aimless existence if it weren't for my friends always getting into trouble. I love to help out, even when it puts me at risk. I seem to make friends with people who just can't stay out of trouble.

I'll have to pick this game up in a month or two or maybe this weekend.....

LOL NO... Activision wont let this game compete with HD console ones for obvious reasions. Infact this game will flopped, doesnt mean it dont have solid fanbase either. And its growing, I knew this game will sell and have legs just not a blockbuster week as we expected.

end of core gaming days prediction:

E3 2006-The beginning of the end. Wii introduced

E3 2008- Armageddon. Wii motion plus introduced. Wii Music. Reggie says Animal crossing was a core game. Massive disappointment. many Wii core gamers selling their Wii.

E3 2010- Tape runs out

third part devs arent givin games a chance to sell on wii b/c they strip down the version so much that its almost not worth buying

I wasn't really thinking about the price. What I meant was CoD came out just recently, while MOH:H2 did so last year. It's an opinion, but I would prefer playing a game that is newly released, especially when it is very likely better than the other in question.

Add me for Pokemon, New Leaf, and Fire Emblem, Mario Kart 8.

Its great. Miles ahead of MOHH2. The environments look really good for wii. The characters look alot better than in MOHH2, but still not great.

It controls very similar to MOHH2, and they can be customized.

The online is only 8 players but super addictive. About 10 maps, perks, create a class and all that.

Support good third party games on wii. Buy games like house of the dead overkill, de blob, madworld, the conduit and boom blox.

FPSs must be few and far between for you...

Good sentiment, though.
