Allow me to further elaborate my point. What Rare did with Banjo was take a game idea and slap a totally unrelated franchise name onto it in hopes of boosting sales when what they should have done was make a true sequel to the franchise or kept the idea as a separate game/start of a new franchise . It's the same thing that Nintendo and Rare did with Dinosaur Planet. They crazy glued Star Fox on top of it and sold it as Star Fox Adventures Dinosaur Planet. The only difference is that SFADP actually turned out to be a good game despite not being what you expect from a Star Fox game. How many people bought that game because it said Star Fox and were then disappointed to find very little flying?

Well they already surprised many people. It is the same kind of surprise I had when my friend sent me an e-mail titled "2girls1cup".

 ROFL!  Thank God a friend told me about that and I've avoided falling for that e-mail.

LOL @dougsdad. I actually bought Starfox Adventures because it had "Starfox" in it and because i had awaited Dinosaur Planet since N64 days. Despite Starfox Adventures being a good game, i would've preferred Dinosaur Planet without Fox in it.

I got it as a replacement for a broken Eternal Darkness I bought. Man, I wish I had kept the faulty disk instead.

Btw, have anyone ever wondered the amount of polygons that were used into the stores cave entrance in Starfox adventures?

I happen to enjoy Banjo N&B. At least the demo anyway. Gonna pick up the full game at a latter date. Too much horde mode as of now.

Have you played the new Banjo?

 I wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole.  I've read enough hands-on reviews and previews as well as watched enough videos to know that I would absolutely HATE this game.
