Allow me to further elaborate my point. What Rare did with Banjo was take a game idea and slap a totally unrelated franchise name onto it in hopes of boosting sales when what they should have done was make a true sequel to the franchise or kept the idea as a separate game/start of a new franchise . It's the same thing that Nintendo and Rare did with Dinosaur Planet. They crazy glued Star Fox on top of it and sold it as Star Fox Adventures Dinosaur Planet. The only difference is that SFADP actually turned out to be a good game despite not being what you expect from a Star Fox game. How many people bought that game because it said Star Fox and were then disappointed to find very little flying?
