It's fine to be excited, but being over-excited will get you in trouble, because when you're over-excited, you tend to over hype games that couldn't possibly deliver on your high expectations.

You can do that all you want, but it does get quite repetitive when good games become dissapointments simply because you've had two or three guys screaming, "Best game ever" in your ears about them for the last several months.

I know you want to hype the game. It makes you feel good about the prospects of the game, your gaming future, and your console, and I know that it pisses you off when I tell you not to do that.

However, when you hype this, you aren't doing the game, the PS3, or yourself any favors.

Say, "meh, it'll be good" and then when it gets a 10/10 haters will crap their pants. You've overhyped every PS3 exclusive so far in either sales, importance, or quality, but after the lessons from the last few months, I just think it is time for an intervention.

Also, bro, stop muddying up my name with personal insults. Stick with the topic at hand. I don't embarrass myself, and I never shall. Letting an angry PS3 fan change my posting style would be the only thing I can think of that actually would embarrass me. If that happened, it would ruin my integrity, and I can't accept that, so I'm standing by my guns on this one, because I'm right.

Yessir. I'll try to diffuse the situation, and not post in this particular topic any more than I have to.

You overreact to just about every PS3 thread.....n then go on a rant about how PS3 fanboys are bad, I am certainly not overreacting.

If you came back to a "Zenfolder must die rally campaign"......you start a "PS3 fans are Satan & must die rally campaign" everyday/

& don't suddenly say all you were doing is hoping people wouldn't hype exclusive games.

I never see you telling that to fans of any other consoles.... so is it only used for PS3 fans when they hype their games?? & don't give me the other console fans don't hype games crap...we have had a few threads today itself proving that "theory" wrong.

& no-one is telling you to change your post integrity or whatever you were saying....just asking you to become a bit less biased & stop seeing evils in only one side.....or should I put it in words "PS3 fans"

this game looks great for a ps3 game but it looks and plays a LOT like COD4. Hope it's not 4 years late (started with 360 in 2005) into this generation to make an impact for PS3 owners.

Well, I have no interest in your arguments here, but I do agree that it should be applied to other games on the two other systems. Alan Wake has the possibility of being only average and The Conduit does as well. I am really hoping The Conduit will be good, but I am not going to hold my breath on it. The only game that seems to be in the clear is KZ2, at least based on multiplayer. It looks fun to me! :P

Yeah, just like the droves of 360 and Wii fans didn't start attacking the PS3 as soon as it was announced that it was going to carry a $600.00 price tag at launch. They may have started it (but taking a cue from Reggie fils Amie), I'm going to be kicking butts and taking names across message boards for the PS3 until this gen is over.

My most anticipated games:  Whatever Hideo Kojima is going to do next, Final Fantasy XIII, Final Fantasy Versus XIII, Gran Turismo 5, Alan Wake, Wii Sports Resort.  Cave Story Wiiware.

i don't know. it still looks a little generic to me. i mean, it doesn't really look like anything out of the ordinary. i could care less about graphics in all honesty. if this game ends up being something i could easily separate from the rest of the crap, then i'll give it a try. i do own an xbox and not a ps3, but i still hope this is will be good. i'm not a console fanboy, but i do like it when there is a new game that is actually good. lets hope so

not that good, lighting and post processing are good, but texture quality is not that good, also just don't hype this game.

i bet it won't have good sales, it is just like KZ1 sales.

also people will bored with too much media, and beta.
