Sorry for the long silence. I took a bit of a nasty fall out on the ice. Unfortunately, I'm in enough pain that I don't think I can focus on Animal Crossing at the moment. But I should be able to do something by tomorrow, hopwfully.

I ordered the items from Nook, they should arrive tomorrow morning.  The total cost was about 2,000 shy of 30k.

All right, I added you. Does 40k sound fair as payment?

40k should do nicely. I just got up, and yeah, the pain is much less this morning. The items just arrived from Nook, so whenever you're ready. I'll just be harvesting fruit while I wait.

K I'll be there in a few--I just used the last of my current funds to pay off my third loan. Only have ~4000 right now. I will be over as soon as I can get up the Bells lol--shouldn't be long. I'll just catch some fish or something.

I've been interested in getting this. I'm not sure if I'd like the game or not. How does everyone like it?

Well, I'm thoroughly addicted to it. It's great if you enjoy games involving collecting, and it's pretty well loaded with stuff to do. Definitely not the sort of game that a twitch-reaction gamer would enjoy, nor will it be very satisfying if you're one of those sorts who demands instant gratification or who enjoys playing a game non-stop until you win. Animal Crossing games have you playing for a few hours every day, and never really end.

::nod:: I have a wide variety of tastes. I get too hooked on collecting at times, heh. I have to force myself to stop for a while so I can get to other games I want to play. How is the online play?

It's interesting enough, though how interesting depends on the people you interact with. There's plenty of options, that's for sure. Everything from player-made fishing/bug-hunting competitions to getting the best turnip prices to just exchanging items with other players.
