I think it's highly possible. Also if 360 really lasts 8-10 yrs before they kill it off, I think it can hit 75M+.

The Xbox 360 sold more this week than pretty much any week the year before outside of the holiday season. If they can continue this momentum 40M should be easy for them, especially once you consider a few of the cool tricks they are going to be pulling this year. Like for example how much impact Prime-time has.
