i disagree.
360 don't have the exclusives, while they delayed it's way to the ps3. they are still coming to the ps3.
plus sony got more first party Ips.

The PS2 was really difficult to make games for, it was said that the PS3 is easier to make games for then the PS2.

None of this gen console same as PS2. PS2 has dominate everything last gen. PS2 might be the least powerful but not really far behind as Wii to PS3/X360. PS2 got a lot of games from every genre. Wii lack high profile games like FF, GTA, DQ, COD, RE and tons of casual games, spots games, anime/movie based games. PS2 has almost 3/4 market share (140 million vs 23 million vs 25 million) while Wii still not reach 50%.

Thats a good strategy-release the first next-gen console

and then the other compaines have to catch up

but then again you have make sure its 100% ready, thats what microsoft tried to do but didnt make it 100% ready to go

Except there are several flaws . Ps2 last gen outsold Xbox by 120 million and Xbox 360 is only outselling Ps3 by what 8.44 million and its certainly not over yet ,not quite the reversed role in that aspect and Xbox 360 doesn't have all the exclusives that's quite an arrogant statement if you think like that.
