dude last time i played (which was a while ago) it was only ps2 and pc.

FFXI was weak sauce compared to PC-centric MMOs. When you try to acommodate the consoles, you lose alot of stuff that only makes sense on PC.

What you originally said though is false, judging by the aftermath of FF13 being announced as multiplatform.


Also, I agree with the sentiment that this better not be a numbered game.

 explain why you think FFXI wasnt good compared to other rpgs , i want to hear it.

I couldnt get into WoW because of how good FFXI was in comparison.

on topic-im hyped for Rapture... sigh i gotta prepare for camping HNMs for 10+hours again lol.

I was wondering what trestres was trying to say thanks for clearing it up.

previous versions of ffxi?, do some research please.. FFXI is doing well and a few expansion packs came out for it , Rise of Zilart, Chains of Promethia, ToAU etc.

FFXI is still doing well after what? 5-6yrs it may not be a 10+million like WoW but its doing pretty well. hence all the Additional packs and missions/areas/ etc.
